In keeping with the mission statement the Society has a very open policy in respect of both eligibility and referrals.  The Society's policy on "Fair access to services" is also available for viewing.

Eligibility

To be eligible for support through the Society individuals must be:

-   aged between 16 and 65
-   single homeless or inappropiately housed
-   in Cornwall

Whilst individuals who have an arson conviction or would be classed as a 'schedule one' offender would not be eligible for accommodation in one of the Society's supported accommodation houses they may still be eligible for advice and support from one of the other services such as SmartMove or Resettlement.

Referrals

Referrals can be made in a number of ways:

-   during office hours (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm) by telephone on 01872 264153
-   in person during resettlement opening times
-   at any time using the online referral form below

The Society welcomes referrals from any agency, indivduals or self referrals.
