St Petrocs relies on a variety of paid and voluntary roles to ensure that the organisation can do its best work. Almost 80 people contribute to the leadership, development and operations of St Petrocs as it works to end homelessness in Cornwall.

Our trustees are responsible for the strategic leadership and control of St Petrocs; for ensuring compliance with our values, vision, mission and objectives and for providing oversight and direction to the Chief Executive and staff.
Our senior staff provide day to day leadership and management of the operational and administrative teams of St Petrocs, ensuring that the charity works effectively.
There are over 60 members of staff at St Petrocs working across different teams to help end homelessness in Cornwall
