13 people took part in the Lobster Lollop 5k in Padstow on Saturday on behalf of St Petrocs.

Everyone left with a lovely medal and, a sense of achievement... and achey legs!

Dave from Purple Gecko Events has been so kind to St Petrocs by enabling us to participate in this way to help us raise awareness of our work with people experiencing homelessness in Cornwall.

Preventing homelessness at St Petrocs

In 2023, we helped prevent 202 people from experiencing homelessness. Preventing homelessness requires our team to work with people who are at risk of experiencing homelessness, or those who are at risk of repeating their experience of homelessness in Cornwall.

Street Draw 24 - back again!

You do not have to use alcohol or drugs to be affected by them. Addictions affect families, friends, neighbours, colleagues, and communities.
Hot weather and homelessness

During heatwaves people sleeping rough are at further risk of sunstroke, dehydration, and heat exhaustion. Homelessness, particularly rough sleeping, is dangerous all year round but in extreme hot weather and high temperatures, it can be life threatening.
