We operate an outreach service across the length and breadth of Cornwall, where our team engage with people rough sleeping, sofa surfing or who have nowhere safe to stay.
You don't have to be living on the street to be experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping is the most visible form, but there are a wide range of situations that are also described as homelessness.
We understand that it’s not always possible or easy to get to one of our centres, and so if you’re experiencing homelessness anywhere across Cornwall our team can arrange to meet you and provide the support you need – from delivering a dry sleeping bag to connecting you to housing services.
Call our Truro Resource Centre on 01872 264153 and one of our team will be able to help you.
The route to homelessness is not linear and often a number of factors push people in this direction, but homelessness is rarely the final destination on someone's journey. Every individual has a different story and they are often complex.
Discover the stories of some people who have been experiencing homelessness and have been supported by our outreach service.
