Henry Meacock graduated from The University of Warwick in 2001 with a degree in Management Sciences. He spent the initial part of his career in the private sector based in the Northwest before relocating to Cornwall in 2012, where he moved into social housing work.

He became a trustee and treasurer of St Petrocs in 2014, before joining the charity on a full time basis as Director of IT, Data Analytics and Environmental Strategy in early 2020. Henry was appointed as Chief Executive in 2022.

On accepting the role, Henry said "It is an honour to take up the position of Chief Executive of St Petrocs. The charity was founded all those years ago, based on a set of values that remain as strong today as they ever were. The trustees, staff, volunteers and supporters are all committed to ending homelessness in Cornwall and it is a privilege for me to lead them in this pursuit."

"It is unacceptable that homelessness remains an issue in our modern society. St Petrocs will continue to be there for people in their hour of need, but we will also look to influence the more substantial change that is required to put an end to homelessness in Cornwall."

Henry is married with five children. He is active with his family, enjoying many different sporting activities.
